Once you receive approval to relocate your Sub Zero:
- You must negotiate and arrange for a full release from the landlord on the location currently occupied. The Company can provide you with the appropriate form.
- You must keep the existing Sub Zero open and be operating until such time as the new location is ready for operation. Only the Company can approve a waiver for this policy.
- You must completely remove all Sub Zero Nitrogen Ice Cream branding before leaving a location including all signs, awnings, equipment, shipping boxes, publications, paperwork, records, and advertising materials. Do NOT destroy the premises in any way while removing the Sub Zero Nitrogen Ice Cream branding at the location. The leasehold improvements are the possession of the landlord and MUST NOT BE DAMAGED. The premises must be left in broom clean condition upon completion of the move.
- The new Sub Zero must be built according to the most current design and equipment standards, per the most current Operations Manual. Sign faces and equipment, other than those that meet the most current specifications, may not be used.
