Marketplace fee @ 30%
Menu inflation permitted to a max of 20%
Activation @ $0. They usually charge a $350 activation fee per store, which is waived through this agreement.

17% marketing commission and 10% delivery fee
No equipment fees, the tablet and promo kits sent to owner are completely free.
"Processing Fee". This is the normal fee a merchant would pay the credit card company for their customers using the card. This is 3.05% plus .30 cents. With this fee, they would take the hit if there was any fraudulent activity, plus give a full credit if the items are unsatisfactory due to the driver.
